    A new spin from Scam Rainsy. Last time, Scam Rainsy was afraid to go back to Cambodia, he got cold feet at the airport in Korea. Now, after repeated requests from his supporters to come back, he blames the government for preventing him from going back.

    Let me guess he would say this later, "If the government is preventing me from going back, otherwise, they must allow the King to grant me another Royal Pardon."

    Coward Scam Rainsy, can we offer him a parachute to jump into Cambodia from the air. Oh wait, he is afraid of height, can't jump. Never mind.
